- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup enriched corn meal
- 3/4 cup honey crunch wheat germ
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1-1/4 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup enriched corn meal
Heat oven to 425F. Grease 8 or 9-inch square baking pan. Combine dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients; mixing just until moistened. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
