- 1 cup cornflake crumbs
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp ground red pepper
- One 8 oz pkg. mozzarella cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
Combine crumbs and seasonings. Dip cheese into egg; coat with crumb mixture. Chill several hours or overnight. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350F for 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese begins to melt.
Makes about 3 dozen.
