Deep Fried Mozzarella

Slice mozzarella cheese about 3/8 inches thick and cut in fingers. Dredge with flour, then dip in slightly beaten egg, fine dry bread crumbs. Dip in egg and crumbs again. Fry in 2 inches oil heated to 380F using a frying thermometer until pale blond. Drain on absorbent pan.
