Peppermint Bark Recipe


1 pkg. white chocolate chips(must be Nestle or Hershey)

Chocolate almond bark

Red food coloring

Peppermint oil (not extract)

2 Candy canes crushed


In microwave melt 4 squares of Almond Bark until smooth, (Around one minute). Line a cookie sheet with wax paper and smooth the melted bark in a thin layer on the wax paper and put in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Melt package of white chips in microwave until smooth (about 1 minute but stir every 30 seconds so it won't scorch. After white chips are melted add 4 drops of food coloring and 4-5 drops of peppermint oil and stir. Smooth over the chocolate almond bark and sprinkle top with crushed candy cane. Place in fridge for about 10 minutes or until set.

Break apart into chunks and enjoy!!!

The almond bark has 12 squares so you can make 3 batches if you want.
